Stringing questions

How fast will my racket be ready?

The base job is ready in 24 hours.

How do drop-off and pick-up work?

You drop off and pick up for the base price. Dropping at a nearby tennis court is fine. We can also pick up or drop off one way (+$12) or both ways (+$20).

What does it cost?

Public $35 with string included. Members $25 and past members $30 with your code. Extra rackets in the same job are $25 public and $20 for members and past members. See full pricing.

Can I get a rush job?

Yes. The 6-hour rush is a +$20 add-on on top of your total. Check with Cole first, and it is not available with your own string.

Can I bring my own string?

Yes, if it is sealed and unopened. BYO sealed string is $25.

Is there anything you won’t string?

We don’t string natural gut or cracked frames.

What if I miss my stringing?

We don’t charge for missed stringing, but no-call no-shows may be subject to a charge.

Where do you work?
