We’ll reply and schedule a convenient pickup time. Need string advice? We can also set a short 10-minute meeting to look at your racket and make recommendations.
We pick up your racket, string it on a Gamma machine with Diadem string, and return it to you within 24 hours — or faster if you chose the 4-hour rush option.
We coordinate a time that works for you. Racket comes back strung and ready to play within the turnaround you selected.
Most jobs are completed and returned within 24 hours from pickup. Clock starts when we take the racket.
