We refuse cracked frames. We will not string a frame we know is cracked. If you are unsure, say so on the form.
Policies
The short list we will not bend. Read this before you book.
Bring-your-own string
BYO string must be sealed / unopened. We do not install opened or previously used customer string.
No rush with customer string
We do not do rush jobs with customer (BYO) string. Rush is only discussed when we are using our string (Diadem).
No natural gut
We do not string natural gut. The $35 base job includes string, and we use Diadem.
Service area
Wake County and Harnett County, North Carolina only. Not statewide. Not nationwide.
4-hour rush
A 4-hour rush needs confirmation from us. It is not a self-serve guarantee. Ask on the form; we will say yes or no.
Pricing reminder
$35 is the base job: you drop off and pick up, ready in 24 hours, string included. +$20 if we pick up and drop off both ways ($55 total). +$12 for one-way travel ($47 total). No other fees listed here.
